Cihan Anadologlu has found his home in Munich after many stations. He worked his way up to become a bartender and bar owner, wrote bar books and founded the agency "Atelier for Culinary Concepts". His new book "Einmal mit Alles - Der Döner und seine Verwandten" inspired him to open a high-quality Döner Kebab store in Germany: Hans Kebab. So now from the book it goes into the hand and onto the plate, in the lockdown in the box, with self-collection and delivery.
